How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts two medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (or equivalent LED). With two 60W incandescent bulbs, expect about 1600 lumens total—enough for ambient lighting in a medium bathroom. For brighter task lighting, use LED bulbs with higher lumen output.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades allow the bulb's natural color to shine through. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 16.5 inches wide by 11.25 inches high, with a 7.25-inch extension from the wall. The backplate measures 6.25 inches wide by 4.5 inches high. Mounting center to top is 2.25 inches. This size works well above a 30-48 inch vanity or in a powder room.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
