Description
A 1-light mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in antique brass with a clear glass shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated indoor spaces.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial heritage with versatile design. Its antique brass finish and clear glass globe showcase vintage-style bulbs, while the cast brass and steel construction ensures durability. Part of the Edison family, this fixture can be customized with various shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. This fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent. With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens—suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a small dining area. For a warmer glow, use a 40W bulb (approx. 450 lumens). Bulb not included.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the antique brass finish. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light, making the bulb itself a design feature. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
