Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens—similar to a traditional table lamp, suitable for ambient or accent lighting in a small to medium room. For more light, use a 60W-equivalent LED bulb (800-900 lumens).

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? Yes, it is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it's safe in bathrooms (away from direct water) and covered outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
