Description
A 14-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in satin nickel with a mercury glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated spaces.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial heritage with traditional elegance. Its satin nickel steel and cast brass construction is topped with a mercury glass globe that diffuses light softly. The 10-foot black textured cord allows flexible hanging heights, and the damp-location rating makes it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms over a 36-48 in table, centered 30-36 in above the surface
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, used as a single statement pendant
- Bathrooms with high ceilings, away from direct water spray
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft, as the minimum hanging height is 19.62 in
- Outdoor areas exposed to rain or direct water spray (damp-rated, not wet-rated)
- Very large rooms over 15x15 ft as a sole light source (single bulb may be insufficient)
How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or LED equivalent). With a typical 800-lumen LED bulb, it provides ambient light similar to a 60W incandescent, suitable for accent or task lighting over a table or island.
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade creates a soft, slightly frosted glow that diffuses light evenly. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 13.75 in wide and 16.62 in tall, with a shade diameter of 13.75 in. Hanging height adjusts from 19.62 in to 136.62 in via the 10-ft cord. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter and 1 in high. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
