Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in polished chrome with clear glass, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with polished chrome and clear glass, offering a versatile look that fits restoration-vintage and traditional spaces. The included 6-watt LED vintage bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor use.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms over a 36-48 in table, centered for ambient light
- Covered patios or porches due to damp location rating
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, hung as a statement piece
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft due to minimum hanging height of 24 in
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure (damp-rated, not wet-rated)
- Large rooms over 15x15 ft as a sole light source (600 lumens is accent-level brightness)
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a small table or island, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm finishes like brass or wood. CRI 82 is adequate for general use.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in diameter x 15 in height. Adjustable hanging height from 24 to 48 in with 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works best with 8-10 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
