Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with seedy glass, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. Its heavy cast components and steel construction give a sturdy transitional look, while the seedy glass shade adds vintage character. This fixture is part of the Edison family, allowing you to mix and match shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections to suit your decor.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb (approx. 800 lumens), it provides ample task or ambient light for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb. For a warm, inviting atmosphere, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The seedy glass shade diffuses light gently, reducing glare and creating a soft, vintage-inspired ambiance.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 12 inches in diameter and 15 inches in height. It includes 10 feet of wire and can be adjusted from 24 to 48 inches in overall height. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. Use a compatible LED dimmer if using dimmable LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas. Not suitable for wet locations.

Can I use a different shade from the Franklin or Ballston collections? Yes, the Edison collection is designed to be customizable with shades from both Franklin and Ballston collections.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
