Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with a matte white frosted glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms in damp-rated spaces.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial-inspired design with versatile customization. The heavy cast steel and brass construction gives it a sturdy transitional look, while the matte white cased glass shade softens the light. This fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with a 48-60 in table, centered 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a typical 60W LED bulb, expect 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or ambient light in a dining room.
Light color and feel
The matte white frosted glass shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare and creating a soft, warm glow. For a warm ambiance, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
