Description
A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in brushed brass with a matte white cased glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial heritage with refined detailing. Its brushed brass finish and matte white frosted glass shade create a warm, inviting glow. The fixture is crafted from steel and cast brass, offering durability and a sturdy transitional look. With a 10-foot wire and sloped ceiling adaptability, it fits a variety of spaces.

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, perfect for task and accent lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 100 sq ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 provides good color rendering for everyday use. Dimmable with a standard LED dimmer for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in diameter x 15 in height. Adjustable hanging height from 24 to 48 inches via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in height. Works best with 8-9 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, consider a longer stem or chain (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
