A 12-inch mini pendant from the Beacon collection, finished in antique brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Beacon mini pendant combines industrial design with vintage charm. Its antique brass finish and seedy glass shade evoke a classic Edison aesthetic, while the steel and cast brass construction ensures durability. This fixture is part of the customizable Edison family, allowing you to swap shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections to suit your decor.
Best for

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, suitable for accent or task lighting over a small area. Not intended as a primary room light for larger spaces.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. Flatters skin tones and warm interiors. CRI of 82 provides decent color rendering for most settings.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12 in wide x 15 in high x 12 in deep. Adjustable hanging height from 24 to 48 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Works well on sloped ceilings (adaptable).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
