Description
A 4-inch, 1-light wall sconce from Innovations Lighting, finished in brushed brass with a clear glass globe, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
The Barrington collection blends modern design with organic elegance. The brushed brass finish and clear glass globe create a warm, inviting glow that enhances any space. This sconce is wall-mounted with a heavy cast backplate, adding a touch of sophistication to your home.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading light or ambient accent
- Hallways, placed at eye level to provide soft, welcoming light
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or artwork
- Damp locations such as bathrooms or covered porches
- Spaces with a modern or contemporary décor style
Not ideal for
- Large rooms where a single sconce would be insufficient as the primary light source
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, as it is rated for damp locations only
- Spaces with very low ceilings, as the sconce extends 8 inches from the wall
How bright is it?
This sconce uses one 60W incandescent bulb (not included), producing approximately 800 lumens - about as bright as a standard 60W bulb, ideal for accent or ambient lighting, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The clear glass globe allows the bulb to shine through, creating a bright, crisp light. For a warmer feel, choose a bulb with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
The sconce measures 8 inches wide, 4.25 inches deep, and 12.75 inches high, with an 8-inch extension from the wall. It is designed for wall mounting and works well in bedrooms, hallways, and living spaces.
