A 27-inch, 5-light chandelier in satin nickel with brushed satin nickel metal shades, ideal for dining rooms and living rooms seeking industrial farmhouse style.
The Ballston Urban chandelier combines sleek industrial design with customizable style. Its steel and cast brass construction in satin nickel is complemented by five cone-shaped metal shades in brushed satin nickel. Part of the Ballston collection, this fixture can be fitted with various glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection to suit your decor. Rated for damp locations, it works in covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulbs used. With five medium-base sockets, you can achieve up to 4000 lumens using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (not included). This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. For a warmer glow, use the recommended ST64 vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
Use bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K for a warm, inviting glow that complements the satin nickel finish and metal shades. The cone shades direct light downward, creating a cozy atmosphere. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer switch.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
