A 5-light chandelier with oil rubbed bronze finish and matching metal shades, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms with an industrial farmhouse aesthetic.
The Ballston Urban collection offers a sleek, customizable design. This chandelier features cone-shaped metal shades in oil rubbed bronze, creating a cohesive, rugged look. It can also be fitted with other glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection for a personalized touch. Damp-rated for covered outdoor use.

With five medium-base bulbs (not included), total brightness can range from 2000-3000 lumens using 40-60W equivalent LEDs, suitable for ambient lighting. Use vintage ST64 bulbs for a warm glow.
Light color and feel
The metal shades direct light downward, creating focused pools of light. Use 2700K-3000K bulbs for a warm, inviting atmosphere. Dimmable with compatible bulbs and dimmer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
