The Ballston Urban chandelier features a sleek matte black steel and cast brass frame with five matte black metal cone shades. This fixture is part of a customizable system that allows you to swap shades from the Franklin collection for a personalized look. Sloped ceiling adaptable and damp-rated, it works in covered patios or large kitchens.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With five medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields roughly 4000 lumens total, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. For a dimmer accent, use 40W equivalent bulbs.
Light color and feel
The metal cone shades direct light downward, creating focused pools of light. Use 2700K-3000K bulbs for a warm, cozy ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
