The Ballston Urban chandelier offers a sleek, industrial look with cone-shaped matte black metal shades. The black antique brass frame adds warmth. This fixture can be customized with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection, allowing you to create a unique look.

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. It uses five medium-base bulbs (not included, recommended ST64 shape). With five 60W equivalent LED bulbs, expect around 4000-5000 lumens total—enough to brightly illuminate a dining room or kitchen island.
Light color and feel
The metal shades direct light downward, creating focused task lighting. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
