Description
A 26.5-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Ballston Urban collection, finished in antique brass with antique brass metal shades, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Ballston Urban chandelier features a sleek steel and cast brass frame in an antique brass finish, paired with cone-shaped metal shades in the same antique brass finish. This all-metal design offers a cohesive industrial look. The fixture is damp-rated for covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With five medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields roughly 4000 lumens total—bright enough for a primary dining or kitchen light. For a softer ambient glow, use 40W equivalent bulbs (about 450 lumens each).
Light color and feel
The metal shades direct light downward, creating focused task lighting. For a warm, incandescent-like ambiance, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard LED dimmer.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
