The Ballston Urban chandelier combines industrial and farmhouse aesthetics with a sleek polished nickel finish. Its steel and cast brass frame offers durability and a vintage-inspired look. This fixture is sloped ceiling adaptable and can be customized with glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). With five medium-base sockets, you can achieve up to 4000-5000 lumens total using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, suitable for ambient dining or kitchen lighting.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is your choice. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open frame design allows light to spread evenly.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
