The Ballston Urban chandelier combines industrial farmhouse style with a sleek, adaptable design. Its brushed brass finish and steel/cast brass construction offer durability and a vintage-inspired look. The fixture is sloped-ceiling adaptable and can be customized with glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). With five medium-base (E26) sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (approx. 800 lumens each) yields about 4000 lumens total - suitable for a primary room light in medium to large spaces.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is user-selectable. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The open design with vintage ST64 bulbs (recommended) creates a warm, ambient light with visible filaments.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 21.38 in wide x 9.25 in high x 21.38 in diameter. Adjustable height from 17.5 to 41.5 in. Canopy: 0.75 in high x 4.5 in diameter. Works well in rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings; sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
