A 21-inch 5-light chandelier from the Ballston Urban collection, finished in antique brass with sturdy steel and cast brass construction, designed for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
The Ballston Urban collection features heavy cast components that give the fixture a sturdy contemporary look. The antique brass finish adds a vintage touch, while the open design allows for custom shade options from the Franklin collection. This chandelier is damp-rated and adaptable to sloped ceilings.

How bright is it?
This chandelier accepts five medium-base bulbs (not included). With recommended 60W incandescent or equivalent LED bulbs, total brightness can reach up to 4000 lumens - sufficient for ambient lighting in a dining room or kitchen island. For a dimmer effect, use lower-wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
Bulb color temperature is not specified; choose bulbs that match your desired ambiance. Warm white (2700-3000K) bulbs enhance the antique brass finish and create a cozy dining atmosphere.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
