The Ballston Urban collection offers sleek, customizable style. This three-light semi-flush mount features polished nickel steel and cast brass construction with polished nickel metal cone shades. The fixture can be fitted with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection to create a custom look. Vintage ST64 bulbs (not included) complete the industrial-farmhouse aesthetic.

Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (approx. 800 lumens each) yields about 2400 lumens total - enough to light a medium kitchen or hallway. The metal shades direct light downward, creating focused task or ambient lighting.
Light color and feel

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
