A 20-inch, 3-light semi-flush mount with polished chrome metal cone shades, designed for damp-rated entryways and hallways.
The Ballston Urban collection combines industrial style with customizability. This fixture features a polished chrome finish on steel and cast brass, with three polished chrome metal cone shades. It can be fitted with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection to match your decor. Rated for damp locations, it's suitable for covered porches and bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs (not included). With three 60W equivalent LED bulbs, expect around 2400 lumens total—suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. For dimmer ambiance, use lower wattage or vintage-style bulbs.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. Vintage ST64 bulbs (recommended) in warm white (2700K-3000K) create a soft, golden glow that complements the polished chrome finish. The metal shades direct light downward and outward, reducing glare.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
