The Ballston Urban collection combines heavy cast components with a sleek contemporary silhouette. This semi-flush mount features an antique brass finish over steel and cast brass, offering a sturdy industrial look that fits restoration, transitional, and modern spaces. The fixture can be customized with glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). With three medium-base sockets, you can achieve up to 2400 lumens using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.

Use bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K for a warm, inviting glow that complements the antique brass finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
