Description
A 10-inch swing arm lamp with a polished nickel finish and matching metal dome shade, designed for focused reading light in bedrooms and living rooms.
The Ballston Urban combines the sleek, sturdy cast components of the Ballston collection with the flexibility to swap shades from the Franklin line. This version features a polished nickel metal dome shade and an included 6W LED vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens). The adjustable swing arm lets you direct light exactly where you need it.

- Bedrooms as a bedside reading lamp, mounted beside a headboard or nightstand
- Living rooms as an accent light over a chair or sofa for task reading
- Home offices as a focused desk or task light
- Damp-rated locations such as covered patios or bathrooms (non-shower)
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing ambient overhead light - this is a task/accent fixture
- Spaces requiring a fully adjustable gooseneck arm - the swing arm moves in one plane
How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for reading or task lighting. Not sufficient as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm interiors. CRI 82 is standard for general use.
Sizing and fit
Fixture width 10 inches, height 11 inches, extension 12 inches. Backplate 4.5"W x 7.88"H. Works well on walls with at least 12 inches of clearance. Suitable for rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
