The Ballston Urban collection combines sleek contemporary design with industrial cast brass and steel construction. This swing arm lamp features an antique copper finish and a dome-shaped metal shade that directs light downward. The adjustable arm extends 12 inches, making it perfect for reading nooks and beside seating. Customize with over 100 shade options from the Franklin collection.

How bright is it?
Bulb not included; recommended 60W equivalent ST64 bulb provides approximately 600-800 lumens, ideal for reading or accent lighting. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
With a recommended 2700K bulb, the light will be warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Dimmable with a standard incandescent dimmer for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 10 in wide x 11 in high, with a 12 in extension. Shade is 9.88 in wide x 6.25 in high. Backplate measures 4.5 in wide x 7.88 in high. Suitable for rooms with at least 8 ft ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
