Description
A 5-inch mini pendant with a mercury glass bell shade and brushed brass finish, perfect for adding vintage-industrial charm to kitchens and dining areas.
The Ballston mini pendant from the Bridal Veil Collection brings an artisanal touch to any room. Its hand-blown mercury glass shade and sleek brushed brass metalwork create a dynamic look that fits seamlessly with Art Nouveau, industrial, and vintage decor. The adjustable cord allows you to customize the hanging height to suit your space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting over the counter
- Dining rooms, providing focused light over a table for intimate meals
- Entryways and hallways, adding a warm welcome and visual interest
- Coffee bars and home bars, creating a stylish accent light
- Reading nooks and alcoves, offering a soft, directed glow
Not ideal for
- Large open rooms needing bright, overall illumination - this is an accent light, not a primary light source
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 120-inch cord length
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, you can expect around 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W bulb, suitable for accent and ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but with a recommended ST64 bulb, you can choose a warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, inviting glow that flatters skin tones and complements brass and wood finishes. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 5 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 9 inches high, with a shade that is 5 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall. The overall height can be adjusted from 12.75 to 129.75 inches via the 120-inch cord, making it suitable for most ceiling heights. The round canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
