Description
A 4-light bath vanity light with a bell-shaped gloss white glass shade, finished in antique copper, ideal for bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Ballston Bridal Veil collection offers a dynamic fixture that fits seamlessly into most decor styles. The antique copper finish and gloss white glass shades create a vintage-inspired look with an Art Nouveau flair. The hand-blown glass shades are unique, adding an artisanal touch to your space. This vanity light is designed for horizontal mounting above a bathroom mirror.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 inch vanity, mounted 6-8 inches above the mirror for even lighting
- Powder rooms where a statement piece is desired
- Dressing areas or makeup stations, providing bright, shadow-free light
- Damp locations like bathrooms, as it is UL/CUL damp rated
- Hallways or entryways as a decorative wall light
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms where a 35-inch wide fixture may be too large
- Spaces with low ceilings, as the fixture extends 6.63 inches from the wall
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, despite the damp rating
How bright is it?
This fixture uses four 100-watt maximum bulbs (not included). The recommended ST64 bulbs are not specified with lumens, but with four bulbs, it will provide ample lighting for a bathroom vanity. For a brighter, more energy-efficient option, use LED bulbs with a medium base (E26).
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. The gloss white glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, even glow that is flattering for grooming tasks. For a warm, inviting feel, choose bulbs with a color temperature around 2700K-3000K. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness.
Sizing and fit
The vanity light measures 35 inches wide, 6.63 inches deep, and 10 inches high. The backplate is 6 inches wide, 4.5 inches high, and extends 0.75 inches. The shades are 5 inches in diameter and 6 inches high. It weighs 14 pounds. The fixture is wall-mounted and requires partial assembly.
