Description
A 35-inch wide, four-light bathroom vanity light with a brushed brass finish and mercury glass shades, perfect for larger bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Ballston is a truly dynamic fixture that fits seamlessly amidst most décor styles. Its sleek design and vast offering of finishes and shade options make it an easy choice for all homes. The hand-blown glass shades add an artisanal touch, making each piece unique.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a double vanity (60-72 inches wide), mounted above the mirrors
- Powder rooms where a statement light is desired
- Damp locations such as bathrooms with ventilation
- Spaces with Art Nouveau, industrial, or restoration-vintage decor
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas without cover - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Small powder rooms under 30 inches wide - the 35-inch width may overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
Each socket accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), so with four bulbs you can achieve up to 6,000 lumens if using 100W equivalent LEDs. That's comparable to a bright kitchen ceiling light, ideal for task lighting at the vanity.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light to a warm, cozy glow or a brighter, more functional level. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient illumination that flatters skin tones and adds a vintage feel.
Sizing and fit
This vanity light measures 35 inches wide, 6.63 inches deep, and 10 inches high. It is designed for horizontal wall mounting with a 2mm cast backplate. The backplate is 6 inches wide and 4.5 inches high, so ensure your junction box is centered within that area.
