Description
A 16-inch, 3-light flush mount ceiling light with an oil rubbed bronze finish and princess blue glass shades, ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and covered porches.
The Ballston collection brings a dynamic yet versatile look to any home. Its sleek bell-shaped glass shades in princess blue contrast beautifully with the oil rubbed bronze frame, adding a touch of Art Nouveau and industrial vintage charm. This flush mount sits close to the ceiling, making it perfect for rooms with standard or lower ceilings.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, providing ambient light over the center of the room
- Hallways and corridors, offering even illumination along the path
- Covered porches or patios, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Dining areas, as a space-saving alternative to a chandelier
- Entryways and foyers, making a stylish first impression
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Rooms with sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting, as it is designed for ambient illumination
How bright is it?
This fixture uses three 300W incandescent bulbs (not included), which can produce up to 12,000 lumens if using 100W equivalent LEDs. However, the actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, we recommend using 60W equivalent LED bulbs, which will provide about 2,400 lumens total - enough to light a medium-sized bedroom or hallway.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by the bulbs you select. For a warm, cozy atmosphere, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The princess blue glass shades will diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow that flatters the room's decor.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 16.75 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height, making it a compact choice for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The round canopy is 13 inches in diameter, providing a sturdy mount. It is not sloped ceiling adaptable, so it works best on flat ceilings.
