Description
A 17-inch, 3-light flush mount ceiling light with a matte black finish and smoke glass bell shades, suited for hallways, bedrooms, and dining areas.
From the Bridal Veil Collection, this flush mount combines a matte black steel frame with light smoke glass shades, creating a dynamic yet versatile look. Its sleek design fits seamlessly into various décor styles, from industrial to art nouveau. The heavy brass canopy adds a touch of quality.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with 8-foot ceilings, providing even ambient light
- Bedrooms and living rooms needing a low-profile lighting solution
- Dining areas over a table, with a warm, inviting glow
- Industrial, art nouveau, or restoration-vintage interiors
- Damp-rated locations like covered porches or bathrooms
Not ideal for
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces requiring a lot of bright light - it's designed for ambient, not task lighting
- Outdoor areas without cover - damp-rated only
How bright is it?
The fixture uses three 300W incandescent bulbs (not included), so brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With LED equivalents, you can achieve a range of brightness levels. For reference, three 60W equivalent LED bulbs would provide about 2400 lumens, suitable for a medium-sized room.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by the bulbs you install. For a warm, cozy feel, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs. The smoke glass shades soften and diffuse the light, reducing glare. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
This flush mount measures 16.75 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height, making it ideal for rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings. The canopy is 13 inches in diameter. It weighs 4 lbs, so it can be mounted on a standard electrical box.
