Description
A 17-inch three-light flush mount ceiling light with antique brass finish and princess blue glass shades, ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and covered porches.
The Ballston flush mount from Innovations Lighting brings an art nouveau, industrial vintage look to any room. Its bell-shaped glass shades in princess blue contrast beautifully with the antique brass frame, creating a dynamic yet versatile fixture that suits a range of decor styles. The heavy brass canopy and steel construction ensure durability and a premium feel.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, providing ambient light from a low-profile fixture
- Hallways and corridors needing even, widespread illumination
- Covered porches or patios, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Living rooms and dining areas seeking a vintage or industrial accent
- Entryways and foyers with standard ceiling heights
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Spaces requiring a focused task light, as it provides ambient rather than directional light
How bright is it?
With three 300W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 12,000 lumens if using 300W bulbs, but typical LED replacements (e.g., 60W equivalent) will yield around 2400 lumens total - bright enough for a primary light in medium rooms. Since bulbs are not included, the actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, cozy feel, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The princess blue glass shades will diffuse and soften the light, casting a gentle glow. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood with a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 16.75 inches wide and 10 inches high, making it a compact flush mount suitable for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The round canopy is 13 inches in diameter. It weighs only 4 lbs, so it can be mounted on standard ceiling boxes.
