Innovations Ballston Bridal Veil 5in 1-Light Wall Sconce | Art Nouveau Polished Nickel and Mercury Glass | Bedroom | Model 516-1W-PN-G559-5ME

A 5-inch wall sconce from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in polished nickel with a mercury glass shade, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.

The Ballston sconce brings an artisanal touch to any room with its hand-blown glass shade, which gives each piece a unique, artisanal look. The polished nickel finish and bell-shaped shade blend seamlessly with Art Nouveau, industrial, and restoration-vintage styles, making it a versatile choice for a variety of décors.

Best for

• Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading light or ambient accent
• Hallways, providing a warm glow along a corridor
• Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or artwork
• Entryways, adding a welcoming light near the door

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
• Outdoor areas without protection from rain or moisture

How bright is it?

With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this sconce can produce up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It's bright enough for accent lighting or a small room's primary light, but for larger spaces, consider multiple fixtures.

Light color and feel

The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The mercury glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a gentle, ambient glow. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit your mood.

Sizing and fit

This sconce measures 5 inches wide, 6.75 inches deep, and 10 inches high, with a 6.75-inch extension from the wall. It fits well in bedrooms, hallways, and other spaces with standard 8-foot ceilings. The rectangular backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 6 inches high.
