Innovations Boreas 51in 4-Light Bathroom Vanity Light | Contemporary Matte Black and Striped White Glass | Bathroom | Model 617L-4W-BK-G617-11SWH

A 51-inch, 4-light bathroom vanity light from the Boreas collection, finished in matte black with striped white glass shades - designed for bathrooms and powder rooms.

The Boreas brings the sleek silhouette of the Ballston but adds a touch of flair with its interchangeable glass or metal shades from the Franklin collection. This fixture features a matte black finish over steel and cast brass, with cylinder-shaped striped white glass shades that diffuse light beautifully. Its contemporary Art Deco style makes it a versatile choice for modern and transitional bathrooms.

Best for

• Bathrooms with a double vanity 60 inches or wider, mounted horizontally above the mirror
• Powder rooms where you want a statement light with a soft, diffused glow
• Hallways or dressing areas that need bright, even illumination
• Spaces with damp-rated requirements, as this fixture is UL damp rated

Not ideal for

• Outdoor areas without cover - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
• Small powder rooms under 5 feet wide, where a 51-inch fixture may overwhelm the space
• Ceilings under 8 feet if you prefer a more compact vanity light

How bright is it?

With four 400W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 2200 lumens per bulb - bright enough to serve as the primary light source in a bathroom. For a softer ambiance, use lower-wattage LED bulbs.

Light color and feel

The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The striped white glass shades diffuse light to reduce glare and create a soft, even illumination.

Sizing and fit

The fixture measures 50.75 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 4.5 inches high, with a 4-inch extension from the wall. It is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting and includes a heavy cast backplate. Ideal for vanities 60 inches or wider.
