Description
A four-light bath vanity light in antique brass with Deco Swirl glass shades, perfect for bathrooms and grooming areas.
The Boreas bath vanity light combines sleek, contemporary lines with Art Deco flair. Its antique brass finish and cylindrical glass shades add a touch of elegance, while the swiveling sockets make bulb changes easy. This fixture is ADA compliant and can be mounted vertically or horizontally, offering flexibility for your space.
Best for
- Bathrooms with double vanities, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even lighting.
- Grooming areas and makeup stations, providing bright, shadow-free illumination.
- Powder rooms, adding a stylish focal point.
- Hallways and entryways, as a decorative light source.
- Dressing rooms and walk-in closets, offering ample light.
Not ideal for
- Outdoor uncovered areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations.
- Small powder rooms under 5 feet wide if you prefer a more compact fixture.
- Spaces with low ceilings if you need a flush mount - this is a wall-mounted fixture.
How bright is it?
With four 400W incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 4000 lumens - equivalent to four 60-watt bulbs. It's bright enough for primary bathroom lighting and grooming tasks. If you use LED bulbs, you can achieve similar brightness with lower wattage.
Light color and feel
The Deco Swirl glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. With warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs, the light feels inviting and flattering. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright task lighting to soft ambient glow.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 50.75 inches wide, 4.5 inches high, and extends 4 inches from the wall. It's designed for bathrooms with vanities 48 inches or wider. The backplate is 52 inches wide, so ensure your wall space can accommodate it.
