Description
A 39-inch, 4-light bathroom vanity light with a sleek contemporary design, finished in satin nickel with striped white glass shades - perfect for adding a touch of Art Deco flair to a modern bathroom.
The Boreas collection from Innovations Lighting combines the sleek lines of the Ballston with customizable glass shades from the Franklin collection. This fixture features a satin nickel finish and striped white glass cylinder shades, creating a refined, sophisticated look. The heavy cast backplate and swiveling sockets make installation and bulb changes easy. Designed for vertical or horizontal mounting, it offers flexibility for various bathroom layouts.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 60-72 inch double vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even, shadow-free lighting
- Powder rooms or guest baths where a statement industrial fixture adds character
- Contemporary, industrial, or transitional bathroom designs
- Damp-rated locations such as bathrooms with ventilation or near a tub (not directly in the shower stream)
- Pairing with dimmer switches to adjust brightness from bright task lighting to soft ambient glow
Not ideal for
- Outdoor uncovered areas - this fixture is rated for damp locations only, not wet locations
- Small powder rooms under 5 feet wide - the 33-inch width may overwhelm the space
- Spaces where you prefer a minimalist, non-decorative light - the teardrop shades are a bold design choice
How bright is it?
With four 60-watt incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 4,000 lumens - roughly equivalent to four 60W bulbs, bright enough for primary bathroom lighting. For a softer glow, use dimmable LED bulbs (sold separately) and a compatible dimmer switch.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting feel, select 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear crackle glass shades diffuse light gently, reducing glare while adding texture. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance for morning routines or evening relaxation.
Sizing and fit
This vanity light measures 7.5 inches long, 33 inches wide, and 11.5 inches high, with a 4.5-inch square backplate. It is designed for horizontal mounting on a wall. The fixture extends 2.25 inches from the outlet opening, making it suitable for most standard bathroom installations. Ideal for vanities 60 inches or wider.
