Description
A 38.75-inch wide, 4-light bathroom vanity light from the Boreas Collection, finished in satin nickel with light smoke glass cylinder shades - for bathrooms and grooming areas.
The Boreas vanity light brings a sleek, art-deco aesthetic to the bathroom. Its four light smoke glass shades diffuse light evenly, reducing shadows on the face - ideal for makeup application and daily grooming. The swivel sockets make bulb changes easy.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror
- Makeup and grooming areas, providing even, shadow-free lighting
- Powder rooms, adding a touch of contemporary elegance
- Dressing rooms, as a bright, flattering light source
- Hallways or entryways, as a statement light
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas without cover - damp-rated, but not wet-rated
- Small powder rooms where a 38-inch fixture may overwhelm the space
How bright is it?
With four 100W incandescent bulbs (or equivalent LED), this fixture can deliver up to 400W of bright, even light - ideal for task lighting in a bathroom. With standard 60W bulbs, it provides about 3200 lumens, similar to a bright overhead light.
Light color and feel
The light smoke glass shades soften and diffuse the light, creating a warm and inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness for a relaxing bath or a bright morning routine. For a natural look, choose bulbs around 3000K.
Sizing and fit
This vanity light measures 38.75 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 4.5 inches high, with a 4-inch extension from the wall. The shades are 3 inches in diameter and 8 inches wide. It's designed for horizontal mounting above a bathroom mirror.
