Description
A 39-inch wide, 4-light bathroom vanity light from the Boreas collection, finished in brushed brass with light smoke glass cylinder shades, ideal for bathroom vanities and powder rooms.
The Boreas vanity light brings a sleek, contemporary look to your bathroom. Its brushed brass finish and light smoke glass shades create a warm, inviting glow, while the adjustable sockets allow for easy bulb changes. The heavy cast backplate adds a touch of durability and elegance.
Best for
- Bathroom vanities 48 inches or wider, mounted horizontally above the mirror.
- Powder rooms and guest bathrooms, adding a stylish focal point.
- Dressing areas and makeup stations, providing even, shadow-free lighting.
- Hallways and entryways, used as a decorative wall light.
- Covered outdoor areas, as it is damp-rated.
Not ideal for
- Small vanities under 36 inches - the 39-inch width may be too wide.
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated, not wet-rated.
- Spaces with very low ceilings, as the fixture extends 4 inches from the wall.
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used; the fixture accepts four medium-base bulbs (not included). With four 60W incandescent equivalent LEDs, you can expect around 3200 lumens total - bright enough for grooming tasks.
Light color and feel
The light smoke glass shades diffuse light, creating a soft, warm glow. The fixture is dimmable and compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. The color temperature will depend on the bulb chosen; a 2700K-3000K bulb provides a warm, flattering light.
Sizing and fit
The vanity light measures 38.75 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 4.5 inches high. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. The backplate is 39 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. It is ADA compliant.
