Description
A 3-inch mini pendant for kitchen islands, bars, and accent lighting, finished in oil rubbed bronze with a clear glass cylinder shade.
The Boreas collection offers sleek, customizable lighting. This mini pendant features an oil rubbed bronze finish over steel and cast brass, with a clear glass cylinder shade. It can be fitted with various shades from the Franklin collection, allowing you to create a custom look. Its Art Deco and contemporary style makes it a versatile choice for modern interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Bars and countertops, providing focused accent light
- Entryways and hallways, adding a touch of elegance
- Dining areas, clustered above a table for a dramatic effect
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated certification
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, widespread illumination - this is a single-bulb accent light
- Spaces with very low ceilings, as the pendant hangs at least 16.75 inches and can extend to 40.75 inches
- Outdoor areas exposed to rain - it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W incandescent, you can expect roughly 1600 lumens - similar to a bright reading lamp, suitable for accent and task lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but the clear glass shade provides a crisp, bright light. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood. For best results, use a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED bulb to complement the oil rubbed bronze finish.
Sizing and fit
This mini pendant measures 3 inches in diameter and 10 inches high, with a 4.5-inch canopy. It includes one 6-inch and two 12-inch stems, allowing you to customize the hanging length from 16.75 to 40.75 inches. It is sloped ceiling adaptable with a solid brass 90-degree hang straight swivel.
