Description
A 3-inch mini pendant with an antique copper finish and light smoke glass shade, perfect for adding a sleek, customizable accent over kitchen islands or dining tables.
The Boreas mini pendant brings the sleek style of the Ballston collection with a twist: it can be fitted with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection, letting you create a custom fixture that fits your space. The antique copper finish and cylindrical light smoke glass shade give it a contemporary, art deco look that works in a variety of interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient light
- Entryways and hallways, as a statement accent light
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Bedrooms, as a bedside pendant with a dimmer
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing primary illumination - this is a mini pendant with a single bulb
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp rated, but not wet rated
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 100W incandescent bulb, expect around 1600 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a small island or table, but not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature not specified. The light smoke glass shade softens and diffuses the light, creating a warm, inviting glow. Dimmable with compatible dimmer switches.
