The Boreas mini pendant brings a sleek, contemporary look with an Art Deco edge. Its cylindrical striped clear glass shade adds visual interest while the matte black steel and cast brass construction ensures durability. The fixture includes one 6-inch and two 12-inch stems for customizable hanging lengths, and a solid brass swivel allows for sloped ceiling installation.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. It accepts one E26 base bulb up to 100W, with T-series shape recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs. Use a standard LED or incandescent dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/CUL damp rated, so it can be used in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not in direct water exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
