From the Boreas Collection, this mini pendant offers the sleek style of the Ballston with the ability to customize with any glass or metal shade from the Franklin collection. The satin gold finish on steel and cast brass pairs with a striped clear glass cylinder shade for a contemporary, Art Deco look. The adjustable cord allows for flexible hanging heights.

How bright is it?
This fixture uses one bulb (not included) with a maximum of 100W incandescent equivalent. With an LED bulb, you can expect 800-1100 lumens, suitable for task lighting over a small area.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The clear glass shade provides a crisp, unobstructed light. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant measures 3 inches in diameter and 13 inches high, with an adjustable cord up to 10 feet. The minimum hanging height is 16.75 inches and maximum is 133.75 inches. It is sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A T-series bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer if using LED bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/CUL damp rated, so it's safe for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not for direct rain exposure.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
