Description
A compact semi-flush mount for hallways and foyers, featuring a brushed brass finish and a matte white frosted glass shade.
The Ballston collection combines industrial and Art Nouveau influences with a brushed brass canopy and body, paired with a drum-shaped matte white glass shade. The integrated LED bulb provides warm 2700K light, dimmable for adjustable ambiance. Damp-rated for bathrooms and covered porches.

How bright is it?
350 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm brass interiors. CRI 82 for decent color rendering.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
