Description
A 23-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in brushed brass with mercury glass shades - perfect for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Bridal Veil chandelier features a bell-shaped design with mercury glass shades that add a vintage, romantic touch. The brushed brass frame is made of steel and cast brass, ensuring durability. This fixture is dimmable and includes a solid brass swivel for sloped ceilings, making it versatile for various spaces.
Best for
- Kitchen islands measuring 5-7 feet, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms with tables seating 4-6, centered over the table
- Open-concept living areas needing a statement light
- Entryways with 8-10 foot ceilings
- Breakfast nooks and eat-in kitchens
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full hanging length
- Spaces requiring a flush mount - this is a stem-hung chandelier
How bright is it?
Each of the five sockets accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), so total brightness can reach about 8000 lumens if you use 100W equivalent LEDs. That's enough to brightly light a large kitchen or dining area. For a softer, ambient glow, use lower-wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light level. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. With compatible LED bulbs, you can choose a color temperature from warm white (2700K) to cool white (5000K) to suit your space. The brushed brass finish adds a touch of elegance.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 23 inches wide and 14.5 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 21.25 to 45.25 inches using the included stems (one 6-inch and two 12-inch). It is suitable for rooms with 8-10 foot ceilings. The round canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter.
