Description
A 5-inch wall sconce from the Bridal Veil Collection, finished in satin gold with a seedy glass bell shade, for bedrooms and hallways.
The Bridal Veil sconce brings an artisanal touch to any wall. Its hand-blown seedy glass shade is unique to each piece, while the satin gold finish on steel and cast brass adds a warm, vintage-inspired glow. The adjustable arm lets you direct light exactly where you need it.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted beside the bed as a reading light with the adjustable arm angled downward
- Hallways and corridors, providing soft ambient light along the wall
- Living rooms, flanking a fireplace or media console for balanced accent lighting
- Dining rooms, used in pairs to frame a buffet or sideboard
- Entryways, adding a welcoming glow near the door
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this sconce is damp-rated but not wet-rated, so avoid placing it where it will get sprayed
- Spaces with low ceilings if you need the arm to extend fully - the sconce projects 11.5 inches from the wall
- Those seeking a bright, primary light source - this is accent lighting, not a room's main illumination
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), it provides warm accent light suitable for reading or ambiance, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature not specified by manufacturer. The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow that flatters traditional and vintage interiors. Not dimmable.
