Description
A 36-inch, three-light island light with antique brass finish and seedy glass bell shades, offering an artisanal, vintage look for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Bridal Veil collection combines Art Nouveau and industrial vintage styles. The antique brass finish and hand-blown seedy glass shades create a unique, artisanal appearance. This fixture is dimmable and adaptable to sloped ceilings, making it a versatile choice for a range of interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands measuring 5 to 7 feet long, centered above the counter
- Dining rooms with a table that seats 4 to 6 people
- Breakfast nooks and eat-in kitchens with a pendant-style light
- Open-concept spaces where a statement light is needed
- Homes with sloped ceilings, as it is sloped ceiling adaptable
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need a long drop - minimum hanging height is 16.25 inches
How bright is it?
With three 100-watt incandescent bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 4,500 lumens, equivalent to three 100W bulbs. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a kitchen island or dining area. If you prefer softer light, use lower-wattage LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The seedy glass shades diffuse the light slightly, creating a softer, more atmospheric glow. This fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 36 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 9.5 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 16.25 to 40.25 inches using the included stems. It is designed for sloped ceilings and comes with a rectangular canopy. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher.
