Description
A three-light bell-shaped pendant in satin gold with mercury glass shades, for kitchen islands and dining rooms that want a vintage-industrial accent.
The Bridal Veil pendant brings a handcrafted feel to modern spaces. Its steel and cast brass frame in satin gold supports three bell-shaped glass shades in a reflective mercury finish, each handblown for a unique artisanal look. The adjustable cord lets you set the perfect hanging height, and the damp-rated construction means it can handle humid environments like bathrooms or covered patios.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, hung in a row of three for even task lighting
- Dining rooms with a 6-8 ft table, centered above for ambient light
- Entryways and stairwells with 9-12 ft ceilings, adding a warm welcome
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated safety listing
- Living rooms with vaulted ceilings, as a statement piece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated, but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft, as the minimum hanging height is about 31 in
- Anyone needing a bright primary light source - this is accent or ambient lighting
How bright is it?
Each socket accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With three bulbs, you can achieve a total of up to 300W, which is roughly 4,200 lumens if using 100W equivalent LED bulbs - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining area. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The mercury glass shades add a subtle reflective quality and diffuse the light softly, creating a cozy ambiance. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright task lighting to a gentle evening glow.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 11.5 inches wide and 27.75 inches tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 31.75 to 148.75 inches. The round canopy is 9.88 inches in diameter. It works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and in entryways with standard to high ceilings. The 120-inch cord can be cut to your desired length.
