How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a standard 60W bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W incandescent, suitable for task and ambient lighting over a small area. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage vintage bulb.

The clear glass shade showcases the bulb, so the light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that flatters skin tones and warm finishes. The open-bottom design provides direct downward light with some ambient glow through the glass.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires one medium-base (E26) bulb, recommended ST64 vintage shape.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch, the fixture will dim. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water spray) and covered outdoor areas like porches. Not suitable for wet locations.
