The Athens Deco Swirl collection combines industrial style with modern sophistication. This island light features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction in a matte black finish, paired with four clear Deco Swirl glass shades that add a vintage touch. The fixture is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas and is sloped ceiling adaptable, making it versatile for various spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose (not included). With four medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W each (240W total). Using 800-lumen LED bulbs per socket yields about 3200 lumens - bright enough to illuminate a large kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear Deco Swirl glass shades diffuse light gently, creating a warm ambient glow. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust from bright task lighting to a cozy dinner atmosphere. The exposed ST64-style bulbs (recommended) add a vintage industrial aesthetic.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend using four medium-base ST64 vintage-style bulbs (sold separately).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with ventilation, but not in direct contact with water.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
