Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a small area. For a dimmer effect, use a lower-wattage bulb.

Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb will create a cozy, inviting glow that complements the clear glass and nickel finish. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. Requires one medium base (E26) bulb, recommended ST64 shape.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
