How bright is it?

Bulb color temperature is user-selectable. The clear glass shade provides unobstructed light, making it ideal for vintage-style bulbs. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms but not in direct contact with water. Not for wet locations like uncovered outdoor areas.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
