A 1-light wall sconce from the Athens collection, finished in brushed brass with a seedy glass shade, ideal for damp-location bathrooms and hallways.
The Athens sconce blends industrial and transitional styling with a brushed brass finish and a seedy glass globe shade. Its compact 8-inch width makes it a versatile accent light for powder rooms, hallways, or beside a mirror.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 30-48 in vanity, mounted as side lighting above the mirror
- Hallways and corridors where a warm accent light is needed every 6-8 ft
- Powder rooms and half-baths with damp-rated requirements

Not ideal for
- Primary room lighting in spaces over 10x10 ft - this is an accent fixture, not a main light source

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used. With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb (not included), expect roughly 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for accent or task lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is bulb-dependent. A 2700K-3000K bulb produces warm white light that complements the brushed brass finish and seedy glass. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

The sconce measures 8 in wide, 11.75 in high, and extends 8.5 in from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 in wide by 6.25 in high. Best suited for walls with standard stud spacing and ceilings 8 ft or higher.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) ST64 vintage bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) and covered patios. Not for wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
