A 1-light wall sconce from the Athens collection, finished in brushed brass with a mercury glass shade, rated for damp locations like bathrooms and covered patios.
The Athens sconce blends industrial and transitional styling with a brushed brass finish and a mercury glass globe shade. Its compact 8-inch width makes it a versatile accent light for hallways, bathrooms, or entryways. The fixture is constructed from steel, cast brass, and glass, and is UL and ETL certified for damp locations.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose. The sconce accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent. With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting at a vanity or ambient light in a hallway. For a softer glow, use a 40W bulb (about 450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The mercury glass shade diffuses light with a soft, vintage-inspired glow. The shade's reflective coating creates a warm, shimmering effect. For a warm ambiance, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
The sconce measures 8 in wide, 12.25 in high, and extends 8.5 in from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 in diameter. It mounts to a standard junction box. The shade is 8 in wide and 7 in high. Ideal for walls with at least 12 in of vertical clearance.
